Application fee per applicant: $60
Administration fee: $250
Security Deposits: $300
Pet Deposit: $350 per unit, max 2 pets
Monthly pet fee: $50 per unit
Storage units: $40-80, depending on size of storage
Carports: $25.00
Garages: $200.00
Water and Sewer: Varies monthly billed 30 days in arrears
Trash: Varies monthly
Water/Sewer/Trash billing Fee: $4.25 not to exceed $10.00 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $50.00
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $75.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to two months of rent, plus 60-Day Notice

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $350

Comments: Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Nonrefundable fee of $350 per unit due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $50 per unit. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canarios, Elkhounds, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Onyx Edina is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renters Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
